Waiver Policy

• ✔ Partial or full APC waivers may be granted to authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries.
• ✔ Waiver requests may also be considered for students, early-career researchers, and authors with demonstrated financial constraints.
• ✔ All waiver requests are evaluated independently by the Editorial Office based on merit, financial need, and available funding support.
• ✔ Authors must submit waiver requests at the time of manuscript submission. Requests submitted after the peer review or publication decision process may not be considered.

Granting of APC waivers does not influence the editorial review process, peer review standards, or publication decisions of the journal.
