Term and Conditions
1: Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a manuscript to TJTHS, the author(s) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms apply to all users accessing the journal’s services, including authors, reviewers, and readers.
2. Submission and Publication:
Authors affirm that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts are subject to a peer-review process. Acceptance or rejection of submissions is at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have read and agreed to the submission and terms.
3. Copyright and Licensing:
Upon acceptance, the TJTHS reserves the right to publish and distribute the article in both print and electronic formats. Authors retain copyright but grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the work. Articles may be published under a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY), depending on the journal’s open-access policy.
4. Plagiarism and Misconduct:
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All submissions are screened for plagiarism. TJTHS follows ethical guidelines as per COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). Any form of data fabrication, falsification, or unethical conduct will result in immediate rejection or retraction of the article.
5. Author Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of all content, references, and citations. Disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence the research. Provide proper acknowledgment of funding sources and contributors.
6. Reviewer Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality of the manuscript and review process. Provide objective, constructive feedback and disclose any conflicts of interest. Complete the review process within the assigned timeframe.
7. Access and Usage:
All published content is accessible online through the TJTHS platform. Access policies (open access or subscription-based) will be clearly indicated. Users may download, share, and cite content as per the license provided, but must give appropriate credit to the authors and journal.
8. Archiving and Indexing:
TJTHS ensures long-term digital preservation of its content through indexing and archiving in recognized databases and repositories.
9. Modifications to Terms:
TJTHS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and its services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
